Short answer: measure your product first, add a small gap for padding, and choose a corrugated mailer box if the parcel will travel by courier. Print your brand on the outside so the box is your first impression.
Measure the right way
- Measure your product length × width × height.
- Add 10 to 20 mm on each side for padding or tissue.
- Use the inside size when you order, not the outside size.
Corrugated board basics
E-flute is thin and gives a smooth surface that prints well, which suits retail and gift boxes. Thicker flutes protect heavier or more fragile items. If your item is heavy or breakable, tell us and we will suggest a stronger board.

- A single-colour logo on kraft board looks clean and keeps cost down.
- Full-colour printing suits gift and premium products.
- A matching sticker or label on the inside lid is a low-cost way to add a thank-you or care note.
